Guest house has it own seperate area and does not include access to the whole property. It have a separate entrance with a latching gate with cameras. Perfect for those guests that have vehicles that they want to secure and on the larger side.We live on the property in the primary home and will be present during stay. We are available if a guest needs something. It’s in Lammersville area close to Mountain House, CA.If you are booking for others they must be verified through the app. We charge for ALL GUESTS! We have cameras on the exterior of the home for security and unauthorized guests. If you bring unauthorized guests you will be asked to leave. NO PETS or EVENTS.GROUPS (such as but not limited to folks staying for work) or staying longer than 7 days will have a seperate cleaning fee applied $350. NO smoking on premises inside or outside.
